Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus
