Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product displays and shelves neatly and organized.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding product handling, cleaning, and safety.
• Participate in inventory management and store counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
