Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and maintain document security
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to use store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
