Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
