Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
