Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and established procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality
• Execute additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely
• Capable of meeting company cleaning standards and following policies
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
