Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, perform cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Assist in inventory management and communicate feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
