As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store standards are met

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient cash handling skills
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
