Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, handling cashier responsibilities, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
• Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
