Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. As part of a collaborative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
