Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Customer service and cash register operation experience.
- Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Educational Background
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
