Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and provide courteous customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
