Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and follow company guidelines.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
