Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver top-notch customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
