Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a crucial role in ensuring that our store provides exceptional customer service and maintains a welcoming environment. As a Store Associate, you will handle a variety of tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store appearance, all while collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate processing of customer purchases.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management on product issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management and help monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of operating a cash register, equipment like a floor scrubber, and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and ability to work well in teams.
• Prior work experience in retail and high school diploma preferred.
