Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Meet state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
