Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with team members, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with inventory management.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
• Perform cashiering and stock replenishment duties efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
