Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and handle customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by restocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve customer experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Participate in inventory management and accuracy checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
