Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store remains organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
