Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
