Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and complying with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
