Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow established policies and procedures while upholding security standards
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail settings is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
