Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and deliver outstanding customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
