Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to support store improvement.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
