Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with merchandise. You will be responsible for cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
