Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company standards and policies while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Able to use equipment such as a hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and interpreting company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
