Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new Aldi store. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient product merchandising.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
