Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo training to learn all aspects of running a store efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans, all while mentoring and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide excellent customer service.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness standards.
• Assist in hiring and managing store personnel.
• Prepare and manage schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

• Monitor store performance and budget compliance.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
• Oversee product merchandising and inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
