Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of running a store, preparing you to take on the responsibilities of managing your own store successfully.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with prior management experience preferred.

- Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations.
