Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to become proficient in all aspects of running a successful store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing requirements, developing action plans, and guiding team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
