Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of successful store management to prepare you for a Store Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans.
• Mentor and develop team members for success.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor merchandise, and maintain store presentation.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
