Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing all aspects of store operations efficiently. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Effective multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
• Travel flexibility within divisional requirements.
