Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, scheduling, and developing operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and model core company values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring and training store personnel.
• Manage schedules and staffing levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies.
• Skilled in budgeting and personnel management.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Flexible to travel for training within divisional requirements.
