We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
• Experience in cash register operation
• Prior management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Combination of education and experience
• Prior management experience desirable
