Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and be trained in all aspects of store management. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing needs, develop action plans, and mentor team members. This role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with an earning potential of up to $101,000 in the first year, inclusive of salary and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies.
• Supervise team performance, fostering teamwork, and customer service.
• Manage store operations, including staffing, signage, and product quality.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budgets, sales, and inventory levels.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and management principles.
• Experience in cash handling and operating store equipment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
