Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and developing operational strategies. This role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, with a potential earning of up to $101,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver top-tier customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store appearance and product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Prior management experience a plus.
