Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of store management in preparation for advancing to your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while supporting and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (salary and bonus included)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Supervise team for excellent customer service
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork
• Handle customer concerns effectively
• Maintain store standards and product quality
• Participate in hiring and training processes
• Manage schedules and staffing levels
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend advancements
• Monitor budget and expenses
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of retail experience
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per regulations
