We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for managing store operations efficiently. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget targets and implement loss prevention measures.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and managerial abilities.
• Experience operating a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
