Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will immerse yourself in every aspect of store management to prepare for the leadership of your own store. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and guiding a team towards success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver top-quality customer service.
• Implement company strategies and uphold core values to foster teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and customer concerns.
• Recruit and train store personnel, as well as develop weekly schedules.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and facilitate training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Experience in retail, preferably with prior management exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and paying attention to detail.
• Knowledge of budget management principles and personnel supervision.
