We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in store operations and management to prepare you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of budgeting, operational expenses, and revenue targets.
