Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain product quality, store presentation, and signage standards.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in retail management and familiarity with cash register operations.
• Flexibility to travel for training purposes.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
