Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness. As the GFSTL, you will play a pivotal role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, analyzing business performance, achieving financial targets, delivering world-class member experiences, and providing ongoing training and support to our instructors and coaches.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches.
• Analyze business and performance metrics to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness KPI's are achieved by managing class schedules and attendance.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and maintain a clean, safe, and innovative fitness environment.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to elevate the quality of fitness classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness leadership or management roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Possess a passion for health, fitness, and community building.
• Ability to analyze data, set goals, and drive performance targets.
• Certifications in fitness training or group exercise instruction are a plus.
