Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets and KPIs, and delivering world-class member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage through effective scheduling and class management.
• Achieve financial targets and KPIs by driving performance and attendance.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and flawless execution of programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to ensure high-quality classes and coaching.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment that motivates and uplifts members.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness club management or group fitness instruction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in group fitness instruction are a plus.
