We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing studio and group fitness usage, ensuring exceptional service, and driving results to exceed financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Deliver world-class member experience through flawless execution of events and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development.
• Ensure exceptional member experience by creating a supportive community and motivating high-energy classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting and staffing in a fitness environment.
• Demonstrated ability in achieving and surpassing financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
