Harvest Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Harvest Mechanic to join Cargill's protein and salt business team in Fort Morgan, CO. As a Harvest Mechanic, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Complete maintenance tasks and document work orders accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 4-day, 12-hour shift schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship.
• Prior work experience in a related field is preferred.
