Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Home Care LPN to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As part of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and contributing to patient discharge plans. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour for 20 to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
