We are looking for an experienced Home Care LPN to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
