Job Description
Central Florida - Service Experts is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer for Residential Light Commercial projects to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in customers' homes. You will also provide exceptional customer service, promote products and services, ensure proper usage of company property and tools, and maintain a professional image at all times.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories according to company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property, vehicles, and tools.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and collect payments from customers.
- Assist with site supervision and quality audits to ensure superior performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train other installers in technical skills and company procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training certification.
- Valid licensing or certification required by laws/regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficiency in HVAC equipment operation and installation.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy items.
