HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join the Comfort Masters - Service Experts team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls for both residential and light commercial properties. Key Responsibilities

• Work independently to diagnose and resolve customer HVAC problems professionally and in a timely manner.
• Perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and cleaning as necessary.
• Deliver excellent customer service, promote products and services, and maintain company property and tools.

Health & Safety Roles

• Report any safety hazards immediately and comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification required.
• Possess valid HVAC licensing and certifications as per local regulations.
• Skilled in servicing HVAC equipment, proficient in troubleshooting, and capable of operating necessary tools.
• Effective communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various environmental conditions, and climb ladders.
