Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Inspect and service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Complete routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service, promote products, and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid HVAC licensing/certifications, EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC systems with little to no supervision.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
